AW: quicktime issue on Windows - blank controller bars

Hi Curt,
I don't use the QT players bar, but my customers often have troubles that LC
doesn't recognize QT on windows, though it is installed (see my various
posts on this list). The only help up to now is to deinstall and reinstall
QT up to 3-4 times until it runs. Sometimes also installing an older version
of QT has helped. Perhaps it is a fail or registering all QT components
correctly while installing, but I couldn't identify the real cause of this
problem up to now.
