[ANN] MobGUI V1.22 and SVG icon files

After testing on a few different devices, the carousel has been updated 
to be more responsive.  V1.24 seems much more useable - tested on 
iPhone4, iPad3 and low res android tablet so far.  If anyone else has 
feedback, feel free to mail, etc.
