iOS Native browser kills native player

On further investigation the player is destroyed only if the URL of the page being loaded into the browser contains inline video or audio content and controls. Setting the browser control's "allowsInlinePlayback" property to false (which is documented as preventing inline media from playing) doesn't fix the issue.
