You may have figured this out by now, but try this:

  put the keys of the tCustomPropSet of this stack into tKeys
  repeat for each line tKey in tKeys
    if the tCustomPropSet[tKey] = value then do something
  end repeat

If the set isn't in the stack, sustitute wherever it is for "of this stack".
