On that one most projects will have an even worse problem, since the 
source is on a different site, usually GitHub.

That said, with LiveCode it's easier to find that for many other 
projects - this search:
<https://www.google.com/search?q=livecode+source+code>

...yields the GitHub repository in the third hit.
