PDF's to PNG's on Windows 8

In the past I have used pre-rolled command line utilities for that. I am
not sure if this is the specific one I use, but I used imagemagick before
to accomplish this as well.

http://www.pdftron.com/pdf2image/

That particular utility is cross platform i believe.
