on-rev no incoming email

I have similar trouble with diesel. Mail doesn't work, I can't get to my cPanel, web pages DO serve. In reply to an urgent support request yesterday, David Williams wrote:

So I guess we just wait. Again. Quite a while ago I moved my main incoming mail to a different service entirely. I rely on email utterly and can't handle being dark for whole days at a time.
