Script Editor "Go To Definition"

While this bug report describes a similar problem with attempting to use 
that feature with IDE scripts, perhaps the scope of the problem is 
bigger than I initially discovered:

If you have a repeatable recipe please add it to that report, and I'll 
update the title to reflect the actual scope.
