Add or remove items from a tabbed menu

Figured it out. For others who may need to know...

put the text of button "MyButton" into ttabs

That retrieves the names of your tabs as a return delimited list. Change it
as you wish. Then reset the button to the new menu tabs with:

set the text of button "MyButton" to ttabs
