I think,
There will be 2 mailing-lists and 3 {levels of} forums.

One mailing list for general, the one we're posting now.
Another mailing list "for the folks who are coughing up the coin" as Mike
stated.

A community forum, a commercial forum 
and The Forum, a mystique one it seems, whose details are yet to be revealed
