Dropbox Library Update - 1.08

Again thanks to the great debugging/fixing work of *Mike Kerner*and 
Trevor Devore, a new version (1.08) of the phxDropboxLib, again solving 
a problem with paths and filenames to deal with reserved characters and 
spaces, is available.
