LiveCode 6.5 DP1 Resolution independence

I want my apps to simply auto-scale to fit (up or down).  Letterboxed, or
stretched options will be useful for different aspect ratios.  A scrolling
mode would be nice too.  I want to be able to make those choices available
to the user, perhaps in preferences.
