I started on such a tool a while ago, but with my current schedule I 
won't be able to get back to it for a few weeks.

But the hard part is provided for you in the undocumented 
revAvailableHandlers function.  Putting that in a script to loop through 
stacks, card, and controls should give you a pretty complete list.
