Deleted menus hanging around

If you're on a Mac the menubar may still be in memory. In the message box:

  set the menubar of this stack to empty

To be sure the group is completely gone, use the Find and Replace 
utility in the Edit menu, tick the Name checkbox, and search the stack 
for the name of the group.
