Deleted menus hanging around

I duplicated my stack to make a license control system, and removed most of
the stacks.

My menus were still there, so I set them to not behave like a background
with a property inspector, and deleted that group from that card from the
message box.  Then I deleted the card.

The custom menus are still appearing in my remaining cards, though--but
don't appear in the application browser (this is 5.5.4).

How do I find them to get rid of htem???
