If we want to "get off onto" tags we could define a whole lot:

BG = beginner

TXT = text related

IMG = graphics related

CH = cheese

TG = totally goofy

MW = Mark Wieder

RM = Richmond's Mood Swings

GAY = quod erat demonstrandum

MAGE = strictly for the heavy lifting brigade

OT = off topic

RFOH = ruling from on high, a.k.a. Heather

TTF = tending towards foolishness

OS = overly serious

LSHFWCTT = let's see how far we can take this

PALFTYRMOF = probably a lot further than you realise my old friend

the only problem is that quite a few of those are synonymous
