Yep, I'm running 1521. I have no problems with 5.5.5. I'm Running OS X
10.8.4. Could it be my Xcode recipe?

In this order on the iOS SDKs prefs with a green box:
4.5.2
4.4.1
4.6
4.2

I submitted an app a few weeks ago with commercial 6.0.2 build 1521 and had
no problems with the Application Loader.

Make sure you have the current build.
