new password on-rev

I have tried twice now to change my password in cPanel for my on-rev account and have been unsuccessful both times. The first time it locked me out and I had to get support to reset it for me. This time it just didn't do anything and my old password still worked. Has anyone else had trouble setting a new password on on-rev???
