I noticed this, yesterday, with the dp2 and it still holds true for
the rc1: on Linux:

The script editor opens with SELECTED handles visible on the field
in which one types scripts, and one has to do a "nifty click-click"
on the revTools palette between Browse and Point to make
the script editor usable.
