Open file with double click

Actually, it wouldn't be specific to Linux or X, but to the window
manager or whathaveyou in use.  So KDE, Gnome, FVWM, and so forth
could very well be different.  (For that matter, I'm not sure that
FVWM (my preference) could do this at all)
