Fonts look awful in standalones built in v5.5+ -vs- v4.0

I didn't see this until it showed up as a quote in the next post. The 
textfont will report empty if the referenced field does not have a font 
set. But it will still inherit, and to see what font it is inheriting 
the script needs to ask for "the effective textfont".
