I think this device (especially for $158) would be an excellent LiveCode
testing device.  Or, something fun to play around with.  It ships with
Jelly Bean 4.2, and can be rooted if you require it.

Also, this quad core mini will fit iPad mini cases.  The following video is
a VERY thorough review.  Looks like a great browsing / gaming tablet with a
very good price point.
