BvG Docu fails

In LiveCode 6.5.1, BvG Docu, when I launch Livecode, puts up a "Please Wait" "Waiting for Processing 1700" dialog, which never goes away. It worked fine with previous versions of LiveCode. It starts the countdown, then the Livecode window comes up with BvG Docu's window behind it. Then it hangs. It worked fine in 6.5 but the livecode window didn't show before it finished updating the docs database.  Could that be the problem?
