[ANN] MobGUI with iOS7 palette

Hi, Mike.  The Navbar isn't complete (see notes on the forum).  If you 
check out it's script, there a 'mgSnapToTop' handler.  You can right 
click in the IDE and use the context menu to send that message to the 
control.
