if you want to slow it down change in the script of field "fScroll", it is
set this high to compensate for mobile processing power.

on easeOut
   -- if the environment is "mobile" then exit easeOut
   put the milliseconds into sStart
   put  abs (sMomentum-17) into sIncScroll -- change number here, lower is
slower, e.g. -10
   .....
