Running LC Program as a Service

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has ran a LC Program as a Service on windows server platform?
I have a need to build a small program that basically completes API calls and requests based upon a schedule.
(Its actually a messaging client that allows the user to schedule messages to be sent via an API at selectable times)
