I think that Toolbook is, on the whole, an inferior product to Livecode, 
especially as it
is Windows-bound (i.e. not cross-platform); however I am interested to 
see that they
are really plugging their "Publish to Web Specialist" like mad.

Admittedly, as far as I can see, all this really does is convert 
Toolbook stack (err . . sorry, 'book')
to html . . .
