CGI scripts are failing

Yeah it does but its all greek to me too. Well ok. yeah it shows where they
are or should be. I don't recall enough of what I know to know if found
library is the 32 bit or 64 bit. So I guess the answer is yes.. or no.
Need a geekier head than mine to ferret it out.
