[OT] Easily run PostgreSQL on a Mac

Hey Folks,

the fine people at Heroku released a simple application called postgreapp.
It is a mac os x app that bundles a fully working PostgreSQL server, so you
run the app and boom the server is live.

This is by far the easiest way to get a SQL server running and it is a good
option for local development of web apps or networked database savvy app.
