What about Apple's new ebook app and text book efforts?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was.  I believe one of the accusations from
Apple in their case against HTC was that tapping a phone number in a
message and having the phone dial the number was copyright infringement.
 Intellectual property law astounds me some times.
