Hi Everyone

Just a small documentation bug. People that have already purchased should have received a notification already. I have also included mergBanner an iAd external (which won't be sold separately) to show the banner at the bottom of the screen as a bonus when purchasing mergZXing. mergAnswerColor is now being sold separately for US$9.95 in addition to being a bonus when purchasing mergZXing.
