Nobody is safe.  The latest incarnation of MacBook Pro hardware WILL NOT
boot a live CD of any Linux distro.  We tried 10 different ones including
Ubuntu, Debian, Suse, Slackware, Mint, and other less-known distros.  So,
Apple is blocking bootloaders too.
