Dictionary Troubles

I've had similar issues from time to time with only a single monitor.
 Somehow, the dictionary window starts at the top of the screen and extends
below the bottom of the screen by enough pixels that I can't get to the
resize handle, haven't nailed down how it gets into that state.  Usually
closing the window and opening it again solves the problem, although I know
that won;t work for you..
