Job: Mobile cross platform project

Greetings fellow LC'ers,

I have a job that is available immediately.  I am looking for somebody
with mobile cross platform experience with LC.   I need them to be
able to commit to 10-15 hours per week (maybe more in the beginning.)
PHP experience would be helpful to help implement push notifications
to both platforms as well.
