Ok, Now I get it. :-)
For testing this code, I will built a small application,
on top of the stack "newPentoolScript_v02"
to store and restore the custom properties
named "bpoints" and "cpoints".

Hopefully, you will find time to create (and sell)
a robust and general solution that could work with
