OS X Finder Search Question

Ah well, yet another example of Apple's imperious attitude to anyone who
uses their computers - we're all idiots who couldn't possibly need to do
that! Over the years, I've gone back and forth between Windows and OS X and
I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to trey Windows again.
