OS X Finder Search Question

I'm using the search bar at the top of a Finder window to find all files
with a given name.  The search is on "This Mac" and I just search file
names, not contents.  There's at least one file that deosn't show up in the
results for some reason.  It is located in folder ~/Library/Application
Support/Test.  Files with the same name in other folders are found OK.

Any ideas why this should be?
