Rotate a field?

I never heard of a way.


The "angle" property and "rotate" command seem to apply only to images and graphics.

Is there a way to rotate a field without making it offscreen, taking a snapshot 
of it, and then rotating the resulting image?

The field doesn't have to be editable. I just want to display the contents?
