Accessing archives

This problem has just come up within the last few days.   When I try to access the RR archives at:

http://lists.runrev.com/pipermail/use-livecode/2011-November/date.html

I get the following message:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pipermail/use-livecode/2011-November/date.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Where does the problem lie?
