standalone settings vanished linux

Richard, thank you.  What an aberration!  Yes, if you have not saved your
stack, you don't get to set the standalone options....but once you have,
back they come.    Oh dear, thanks!

I don't usually do standalones, I use stackrunner, because locking the
source isn't an issue for me.
