image load problem

All,

When I try to use "Import as Control" a PNG image file named "Stop",  
I get the
following error:

An error occured when trying to import the image file:
/Users/gef/Desktop/testImages/Stop
263,3088,1,/Users/gef/Desktop/testImages/Stop
253,3082,1
253,3062,1
490,3058,1

I am using LC 4.6.2 rc-2 build 1420 on a PPC G5.

Any idea what could be causing this?
