This is easy but not intuitive.
First, I do the following:
Rev 4.5,
   Development:Image Library = opens a stack
   Click btn "new library..."
   Name the library something like "Images666"
   import an image
Now open application browser
choose to View:Rev UI elements in Lists
You should now see a stack with the same name you used
Dbl click to open, and then Save As
     without the 'rev' prefix
There is also a stack in the same listing
    revImageLibrary with 2 cards
Open and save as without the 'rev' prefix
