[ANN] revIgniter v1.4b

revIgniter v1.4b has been released.

This is the first version which respects the latest
engine changes (LiveCode server version 4.6.3).
Lots of adjustments were made and the whole
Encrypt library is revised.

Keep in mind that this version is not compatible with
revServer (engine versions before LiveCode server 4.6.3).
