unicode (again) This time: Tooltips

thanks so much! This saves my day. Once you know how to tackle all this stuff, it gets a little less complicated.

So as a short recap:

tooltips -> UTF8
fields -> UTF16

Button Text -> UTF16 and need to set the appropriate font
Button labels -> UTF16 and need to set the appropriate font

Window Title: set the unicodeTitle of stack "myStack" to UTF16 encoded string

Anything I did forget / not get right in here?
