Here's a snippet from my friend in Scotland that might balance out the terrible thought of vegetarian haggis!

Unlike our US counterparts, us Scots are having Haggis with…extra sheep lung. Yeh, you ‘health and safety’ mad dudes heard me right…extra sheep lung…how do you like that huh!?"

I guess the only thing that could make it better would ch**se! (Hope that doesn't violate forum policies)
