Personally I think Jobs is a beast; or, put another way, he became a 
beast, probably because he had to to keep his business afloat and 
successful. Now if we want to condemn Jobs for being a beast we can,
but we should also balance that with being a highly dynamic and creative 
leader. Whether one can be
a dynamic, creative leader without being something of a beast I doubt.

I hope Jobs does have a peaceful retirement, although I suspect what has 
kept him alive so long in his condition has been the high energy 
situation he has been in as boss of Apple, and once the pressure is off
