This is from the FAQ page of the LIveCode site:

'All licenses are either per named individual or per machine. That means you
may develop with your copy of LiveCode on multiple machines, virtual
machines and platforms provided you are the only user. Alternatively you may
install it on a single machine and allow multiple people to use that
machine. We believe these license options provide the best possible
flexibility.'
