[NASTY BUG] many commands are maked on the docs as working on RevServer but they do not

Looks like the docs have server listed for lots of things that aren't there
yet.  Think you still have to stick with put header, and put new header.

Using library stacks also shows server as a supported platform. I assume
this is still not the case?
