Error in Windows standalone

Actually pete, ignore me, I think you're correct, preopencard is probably
fine, preopenstack is probably not, but my peepers don't always read things
right.  Not positive about preopencard, but is probably safe.

Forgive my misread. Did I mention my frequent and rampant wrongness? Well
there ya go.
