You'd think so. Did you send exactly the same copy to XP and Win7 users? 
It was just mentioned on the dev list that there is no way to manually 
include the datagrid library in the standalone builder, it is only 
included when "search for inclusions" is checked. Could you have built 
twice, once with that checked and once without it? Grasping at straws here.
